At Locket Loves, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new activewear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Securely place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
